It started with a monster cake.....
Followed by some not very scary ghost cakes....
And ended up with cupcakes...
Lots of fun was had by all!!!

This weekend has mostly been taken up with baking for my friend, for her Halloween / bonfire party!

Well...I'm starting this blog to prevent a very good friend from nagging me to death!
My name is Kris and I've been crafting and doing random creative things for as long as I can remember! I suppose it all started when I won a Christmas card making competition when I was about 8. The card was a crafter's dream! Covered in cotton wool, stick on robins and of course lots and lots of glitter!!! Since then I've never looked back.
I make and sell cards, jewellery, felty things and cakes all to raise money for Macmillan. My dream would be to one day have my own little crafty business! The only problem is I'm a bit flighty and like doing all kinds of creative things, never quite sticking with one hobby long enough to become fully proficient at it! I suppose the purpose of this blog is to organise my thoughts and pictures to help me decide what I want to do when I grow up (I'm only 34!)
